AIRRChat is a natural language agent for the Jönsson Lab's TAS-DB, a structural resource of ~28,000 predicted TCR-pMHC complexes. This demo operates on a curated subset of ~7,000 structures from the IMMREP23 benchmark, annotated with V/J allele assignments, CDR loops, HLA restriction, prediction confidence metrics, and PLIP-derived interaction data. Ask questions in plain English — no database or programming expertise required.
